At the Texas Stix West Baseball Club, we are always seeking out the best of the best coaches to bring on staff. Coaches not only need to have a proficient background in baseball but also need to have the ability to lead and manage young baseball players. We are looking for true role models who can play a pivotal role in our young players' baseball careers.
Head Coaches are expected to simulate a higher-level baseball experience for their players through practices and games. This is by designing and managing dynamic practices two to three times a week during the baseball season. And by creating a competitive environment during games. Our head coaches are tasked with building a competitive team while overseeing consistent development from each player.
The 2025 Spring season will begin on January 12th and end potentially on June 22nd. Head Coaches are expected to hold practices two to three times a week at our home facility in Haslet from the beginning to the end of the season. Coaches are also expected to participate in the recruiting and building process of their teams starting in November.
