Lessons at Stix West

Spencer Pellegrini is a seasoned pitching instructor with over five years of experience training advanced youth pitchers ages 11U to 18U. A former collegiate and professional pitcher, Spencer played at Ecclesia College and Los Angeles Harbor Junior College before continuing his career in the Pecos League. He brings a deep understanding of pitching mechanics, player development, and mental preparation to his coaching. Currently, Spencer serves as the Assistant Coach at Lake Country Christian High School, where he continues to mentor and develop the next generation of elite pitchers.

Joseph Mulcahey is a dedicated youth hitting instructor with over five years of experience developing players between the ages of 9U and 12U. Known for his ability to break down and communicate key swing fundamentals, Joseph has helped countless young athletes build a strong foundation at the plate. A former collegiate infielder at Texas Wesleyan University, he brings both playing experience and coaching expertise to every session. Joseph currently serves as the Stix West Off-Season Camps Coordinator and 11U Head Coach, where he continues to shape the next generation of hitters.

Dakota Branger is a dedicated catching and hitting instructor with over five years of experience working with players between the ages of 9U and 14U. Known for his technical approach and ability to connect with young athletes, Dakota specializes in building strong fundamentals behind the plate and in the batter’s box. A former collegiate catcher at Doane University, he brings firsthand knowledge and a high level of energy to every session. Dakota currently serves as the Stix West Catching Specialist and 10U Black Head Coach, where he plays a key role in developing the organization’s youth talent.

 Braden McIntire is a young and energetic instructor who specializes in skill development for 9U players and younger. With several years of experience coaching at Stix West, Braden has worked extensively in private lessons, youth camps, and as an assistant coach for various Stix teams. A standout athlete, he was named 4-time MVP of 3A District 10 while at Boyd High School. Braden continued his playing career at North Central Texas College in 2025 and is currently a pitcher at Weatherford College, bringing both recent playing experience and enthusiasm to every session. 

 Boston McIntire is a versatile and experienced baseball instructor with over eight years of coaching players ranging from 6U youth athletes to 25-year-old collegiate players. Known for his ability to teach the game at every level, Boston specializes in group training with a strong emphasis on hitting, pitching, and defensive fundamentals. A former collegiate pitcher at Wayland Baptist University, he also served as an Assistant Coach at Arlington Baptist University. Boston currently leads as the Director of Stix West, where he continues to develop players through focused, fundamentals-driven instruction.
